Order Processing Time: We strive to get your order to you as swiftly as possible. Typically, we ship our products within 2-3 working days of receiving your order.
Estimated Delivery Time: For customers in India, our estimated delivery times usually range from 5-8 working days. The exact delivery time may vary based on factors such as your shipping address, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, and product availability. In some rare cases, it might take up to 2 weeks. For certain regions, particularly parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may extend up to 10 working days.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, a nominal charge of Rs 99 is applicable as Cash on Delivery charges.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a tracking code and link. You can easily monitor the status of your delivery. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@jhakkas.in.
Courier Partners: We entrust the delivery of our products to trusted courier companies, including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, depending on your pincode.
Undelivered Products: While we make every effort to ensure successful delivery, if your tracking details show the product as delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:
- In most cases, check with family members, neighbors, or your office mailroom as the product might have been received by them.
- In genuine cases of non-delivery, we will initiate a thorough investigation, which may take up to 10 working days.
- If you receive a delivery notification but haven't received the product, kindly notify us within 48 hours of the notification.
- We will promptly raise the issue with our courier partner and work towards a resolution.
- After the mentioned timeline, we cannot guarantee any further action and will not be liable for any losses.
