Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes a binding agreement between you and Jhakkas. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not accept this policy in its entirety, you may not make purchases on our website.

 

Return & Refund Policy:

Damage & Missing Product:

We take every measure to ensure the quality of our products and minimize the risk of damage or missing items during shipment.

In the event that you receive a damaged product or there is a missing item in your order, please report it within 2 days of receiving the order.

To request a return for damaged items, you must provide proof in the form of an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or the missing item.

If you receive a damaged product and follow the reporting procedure, we will accept your return.

If you purchased multiple products and only one is damaged or missing, we will accept the return for the affected item(s).

You will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the damaged or missing item(s) within 7 days after we receive the returned product.

We do not charge any return shipping or handling fees for returns due to damage or missing items.

Dislike:

If you dislike a product upon delivery, you can return it to us within 24 hours.

Please note that we do not arrange exchanges for disliked items due to the affordable nature of our products.

You can request a return by emailing us at returns@jhakkas.in.

To be eligible for a refund for a disliked item, it must be returned unused and in good condition.

We will initiate a refund to your original payment method for the price of the disliked item(s) within 7 days after we receive the returned product.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

All Other Sales:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in all cases. All sales are final. Jhakkas reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
