COD Policy/Note - Fake Orders | Jhakkas

At JHAKKAS, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and service to our valued customers. While the majority of our customers appreciate the time and effort we put into providing quality products, we understand that there may be a few exceptions.

Lately, we have experienced instances where some customers have taken advantage of our Cash On Delivery (COD) option, leading to trust issues. To maintain the integrity of our COD service and protect our genuine customers, we have implemented the following COD policy:

1. Verification Process:

  • Upon placing a COD order, customers will receive a WhatsApp message, SMS, or email to confirm the dispatch of their order.
  • Customers have a 3-day window from the order date to confirm the dispatch.

2. Cancellation of Unverified Orders:

  • Orders that are not confirmed within the specified 3-day period will be deemed as canceled.
  • A cancellation notification will be sent to the associated phone number.

3. Exceptional Circumstances:

  • We acknowledge that genuine customers may face unforeseen circumstances preventing them from confirming their orders.
  • If you believe your order was mistakenly filtered, please contact us at support@jhakkas.in, and we will gladly assist you in processing your order.

4. Address Completeness:

  • We reserve the right not to fulfill COD orders even after confirmation if the provided address appears incomplete or inaccurate.
